Vintage Counterparts petites knitted shoulder pad black rose top

The top is in great condition, the shirt does have shoulder pads. The material is knitted so it does have some stretch to it. The measurement for the bustline is 29 inches and the measurement for the shirt length is 20 inches. No weird smells, in great condition. I put a size because it’s required but there is none stated on the tag. Please refer to the measurements regarding the sizing.
