Vintage Country Life Scottish Plaid Pleated Wool Kilt Skirt Size EU 10

This is a Vintage European size 10, not a US size. In my opinion this runs small! There is a velcro closure on the inside with two side buckles. It measures 13.5" at the smallest and 14" at the largest. Pleated in the back. Please see the pictures for measurements. Pet friendly home. Thank you for looking. Item has not been Dry Cleaned.
