Vintage Couture Churchill and Sennett NY Black velvet green satin beaded dress

Vintage Couture Churchill and Sennett NY Black velvet green satin beaded dress. Unsure the history of this dress but it is Vintage and one of a kind. It is black velvet and the bodice is trimmed with crystal and pearl beading on front and back. the pencil skirt is finished in back with a peplum kickpleat that has green satin underneath. Knee length. Sweetheart neckline. There is a tear in one strap. Could possibly be repaired or have converted to strapless. I am a US size 4-6 with 34DD bust and not too curvy in the hips and this fit (snug). Measurements available on request.
