Vintage Cowboy Rodeo Western Tiered Skirt

Very Cool Vintage Skirt by PHOOL, a company that turned out some really unique, Made-in-India pieces from 1978 through the 90’s. Primarily Periwinkle, Gold, Black & Wine. Features cowboys, western boots, lassos, cacti. This skirt fully buttons down the front and is made of 100% Cotton. Labeled a Large. The elastic at the back of the waistband has relaxed a bit with time so it should still fit a modern size Large: The waist measures 16.5” across, with only about 1/2” of stretch. The waistband lays flat; it doesn’t look loose or stretched out. The skirt is 34.5” long and has a fabulous, crazy-expansive hemline. I’m fairly tall and it hits just above maxi length, at my ankles. (If you measure from your waist down with a tape measure you can see where it will fall on you at the 34.5” mark.) The skirt consists of 5 tiers plus a thinner one, more like a ruffle, along the bottom. I am going to send it to you crinkly and not ironed as I think this is its intended “broomstick” look. Price Firm. And Fair. EUC, considering its age. And the only other skirt like this I could find is on Posh listed for $80!
