Vintage - Cowgirl - Lace, fringe top

I have no idea what to call this. I know it’s vintage and from Sam’s Warehouse. Don’t worry I didn’t rip it while wearing it. It has tassels on the front and see through arms, lacy front and gold and black buttons and ties at the bottom. It is certainly unique and pretty good....doesn’t fit me obviously. But I’m sure some lady out there will wear it perfectly.
