Beautiful vintage y2k "Dress by Choice" off the shoulder dress. Color is slightly in between pure white and cream. Good condition. Could use a steam. Chiffon-like neckline detailing and gorgeous v-neck back, with back zipper as well. Delicate skirt. Very girly, dainty vibe. Juniors size 3. Fits true to size. No stretch.
