Vintage Cream Pleated Blouse. Medium

Vintage long sleeve blouse with pleated detail front and back. Has silky feel with embossed pattern but no fabric or care tags. Probably from 1990s. Good condition. No tears, stains pit to pit 20” shoulder to hem 21”
