Vintage Cream and Black Dress.

There is no tag on it but I found it at a Goodwill where it was knee length and had ruffles ruffles and flowers at the bottom. I got it hemmed and doctored it up to make it a beautiful, vintage dress. The sleeves are quarter length. It is the perfect holiday dress with tights.
