Vintage Crinoline

Vintage Crinoline in good condition with 3 1/2 inch elastic waistband with 13 inch zipper down back of skirt. Color is off white or light cream, not a white white color. Width at bottom of skirt measures 54 inches. Tulle is doubled layer the last 18 inches of skirt. Total Length of crinoline is 39 inches.
