Vintage Crochet Summer Top

Dark red and cream colored crocheted V neck top with handkerchief hemline. Not lined so it’s see through. There something on the inside of the back that looks like melted plastic or something? With a little pink mark. One spot where the yarn separated but it’s not coming undone. The hem also has some yarn sticking out but not coming undone! Fits like a S.
