Vintage Crocheted Skirt

Late 1990’s/Y2K era knit skirt with 1970’s influences and fringe hem. Can be worn at natural waist or slightly below. Machine crocheted with stretch jersey liner. In good used condition. No holes or stains but there are some snags throughout.
