Vintage Cropped Black and White Striped Long Sleeve Top by Regina porter

1980s black and white long sleeve top with raglan sleeves. It is 100% cotton and marked XS, but fits more like small/medium. It had shoulder pads, but no longer does. It is cropped with just a cut, it's very neat but not a sewn hem. It's been washed a few times and doesn't fray.
