This lovely vintage cropped, cape fur coat / jacket was owned by, "Kathryn Melda “Kitty” Shoemaker Perkins" the wife of the Kool-Aid inventor, Edwin Elijah Perkins. The coat was custom made for "Kitty" and is from the 1930's or 1940's -- it is still in great condition, considering it is almost 100 years old!
