Vintage Crown Fringe Brooch Tiger's Eye Stones West Germany?

Fabulous vintage brooch resembling a crown decorated with tiger's eye style art glass stones and faux pearls, suspending a fall of matching beads. Nicely done, with two separate rows of fringe and stamped goldtone filigree backing. Beautiful vintage condition overall, with the two faux pearl in top section showing a little bit of peeling on outside edge, not apparent except under magnification. Good quality yet comfortably lightweight, and looks like a West German piece to me, but it's unmarked. Brooch measures an attention-grabbing 2 3/4" in total length including fringe, and 1 1/4" wide. Very regal looking!
