Vintage Crushed Velvet Women’s Cape w/ Rose Design & Cord Accent, Ruffled Neck

Gorgeous, highly quality cape. This is not a costume cape, it's a vintage crushed velvet cape with a beautiful design on it. It's not faded, I lighted the camera to be able to get a picture of the pattern. Clean. No issues. Beautiful thick cords close the cape around the ruffled neck.
