Vintage Crystal and Gold Owl Brooch w Ruby Red Eyes

This precious brooch looks like Butler & Wilson design but I can’t find a Hallmark on it. Gold tone background encrusted with clear crystals over the entire body except for the ruby red eyes. Sitting on a branch of amber and green colored crystals. In excellent vintage condition! 1 5/8” tall Owl body is 3/4” wide, total width w branch is 1 1/4”
