Vintage Custo tinsel Dress

In good vintage condition! Could be worn as a tunic with jeans or dress with tights. Skirt is a bit sheer. Details include Velvet bell sleeves, beautiful shimmer thread accents with pearl buttons. A few buttons may need to me tightened with a needle and thread, and one tiny spot that’s not noticeable on the back as shown. Label reads size 40 would best fit a small/ medium.
