Vintage Custom Collectible Cowboy Inlay Boots

Very nice pair of vintage underslung heel custom made Inlay cowboy boots. Colors are gray, black and yellow. There is a faded mark inside but I can't make out the maker. No size stamped but measure 10 inches from across wall to tip of toe. Guessing women's 6 Nice collectible.
