Vintage Custom Dress

The most exquisite vintage dress with all the elements of a haute couture… silk lined, hidden seams, velvet belt & collar, zippered ends on the sleeves, shoulder pads, & beautiful black tapered elements. The color is a deep purple. I looked up the brand but can’t find anything online. The tag says “Designs On You, Mill Valley, San Francisco”. Thinking it may have been a custom piece. It was found in my grandmother’s closet & she doesn’t remember where/how it was purchased. No tag with size or fabric type but it feels like wool, silk lined, with velvet accents. Looks to be brand new & never work. No holes, tears, or stains. Size is likely a 0 or a 2. Approximate dimensions are: Waist 26” Length from collar to bottom 36”
