Vintage Custom Petticoat

This is a vintage skirt petticoat, made to go with my mother's vintage Gunne Sax gown (see my closet for the listing https://posh.mk/TXPNxoPC4Kb). There is no tag, I believe it was custom made. Hook and eye closure at the waist, fabric has no stretch. A few small stains, and there is a small tear on the inner lining (see photos). Waist = 14" flat Length = 38"
