Vintage Custom made high collar evening blouse-S

I had a spouse custom-made for me years ago to attend a film awards presentation. I wore it with velvet pants. I love the blouse and I’ve held onto it all these years thinking that I may be able to wear it again one day. This is a vintage blouse in excellent condition.
