Made in the USA, I believe this piece is from the late 70s or 80s. Drop waist, pleated skirt. Short sleeve, faux pockets. Stripes on pockets and sleeves. Hidden zipper closure in back. Dress is lined down to the drop waist. Large buttons on sleeves, one of the buttons has been repaired.
