Vintage Cynthia Rowley Silky Black Long Dress

This is a stunning early 90s vintage Cynthia Rowley dress that I have not been able to find sold anywhere on line. It is a silky black material with a full lined layer. It is 3/4 sleeves with a flare and a vneck. It is a midi length with a wonderful cross weave border at the bottom which matches the waist border. It is a stunning piece that will certainly make a statement.
