Beautiful pre-loved condition vintage D.E Frantoria Plus Size Western Style Blouse. Features a classic lace embroidered border and pearl style buttons. The fabric is a silky and smooth, super comfortable material. There are shoulder pads that can be easily removed as they are optional to keep based on preference, held in currently with a factory loop as shown in pictures. Pictures do NOT do this top justice.
