90s Y2K red velvet crop top by DICE. Tag is completely faded. Fits like a small or medium. Shown on a 34" bust mannequin. Stretchy pullover. Feels like polyester or a similar synthetic with spandex. Has two LONG attached side ties, and I have no idea what they are for. Use your creative ideas or cut them off easily if desired. They are attached right inside the lower hem.
