Vintage Damascene Black and Etched Gold Floral Cufflinks

This pair of vintage Spanish damascene cufflinks feature a lovely gold tone floral design etched into a black square background. These were given by a relative, so I am unsure on brand or the materials it is made of. There are some scratches on the front and the back of the cufflinks and some tarnishing on one of the cufflink arms (seen in third picture).
