Vintage Dan Post, leather and lizard cowboy boots. Rich brown, 12” long. No size markings inside whatsoever. In excellent condition no damage to the lizard, soles are unworm, heels are in new condition. The sole is stacked leather not rubber crap. The LAST photo are to SHOW SIZE COMPARISON TO A DIFFERENT boot, a Tony Lama size 12 D, you can see that they are the same length, but this one is narrower. See photos for possible damage on the pull tabs, however one of them seems to be an intentional half moon in the base of it, so I’m not sure that it is damage. Heel height 1 3/4”. peony_envy They have no size markings. I bought for my husband who needs a wide boot and the don’t work. I would guess a D width

stebbano Very nice Boots, but obviously cannot purchase based on the length alone. 12 inches doesn’t mean a size 12. According to the maker website, they were between 11.8 and 12.1 in length, means around the size 14. If you bought it for your husband, what size does he wear? Thank you.

peony_envy @stebbano It is too short for him. Hence my size statement. Do remember that what companies use as sizes now have no bearing on what they used to be 20 or 30 years ago. It is not a modern size 14.

peony_envy @stebbano Hi, I added a photo comparing this boot to a Tony Llama boot, size 12 D and a video, you can see that this is the exact same length, but narrower, so I do think it’s a size 12
