Vintage Danish Gerda Lynggaard Monies Huge Statement Necklace & Clip Earrings

This is an impressive vintage set from Gerda Lynggaard Monies series of jewelry pieces. The wide stretch gold tone necklace is graduated in size from front to back and has a hook closing. The pendant resembles an aged Roman coin with faux green verdigris on the black figure of Cupid and the Roman goddess Aphrodite. Length 18” The vintage clip earrings are the same image surrounded by three levels of detail including two braided metal surroundings. All three pieces are reminiscent also of cameos with their carved look.
