Vintage Dark Blue Italian Designer Skirt Set with Stitching and Star Buttons

Vintage Italian designer dark blue 100% cotton skirt set. The only size tag is on the top, which can be worn as a shirt or a vest. It’s marked 42. It has white stitching and stars for the buttons. Both the top and skirt have side pockets and the skirt zips from the side. The designer is unknown (the label is cut out) but it’s marked Made in Peruvian.
