Vintage Dark Wine Red Velvet Mini Dress

This dress is sooo cute, It's vintage with no tag, may have been hand made. I never wear it anymore but I used to wear it for thanksgiving and christmas events. Its velvet and dark wine red, so pretty. I'd say its an xs to small, if youre a very short girl that wears medium it might fit too, i've included measurements: Length: 30" Shoulder: 18" - 19" laying flat Sleeve length: 12ish" half sleeves Waist: waist has elastic in it, unstretched it is around 12" laying flat, stretched it is 21" flat.
