Vintage David Matthew Tulip Tunic Blouse with Red Tie Sash Sz Medium Petite

Cute blouse from my grandmother’s estate. Pleated shoulders with high v-neck collar with red trim, short sleeves, and zipper in back. Fabric is semi-sheer (fine with nude colored bra) and features tulips and leaves in red, blue and bronze. High waisted sash. No size tag, but marked petite on name tag. A little snug on me, I’m a 36” chest. 37” chest 28” long Very good condition.
