Vintage David Rose Blue Party formal cocktail dress

David Rose - Vintage blue evening gown, formal dress. Vibrant blue with a flutter type sleeve and shoulder beading. Deep V in front and back. Kerchief hem on a beautiful flowy bottom. Ruching around middle is flattering. Zip up back with a tie across top. Size is listed as a 12, but I’m thinking it’s around a medium. Across the top of the ruching (directly below bust) is 15 inches. Shoulder to hem is average of 48 inches. Has shoulder pads, but they are easily removable. Very fun piece!! Would be perfect for Prom or themed party.
