Vintage Dawn Joy black/white blouse, 18

This is a vintage, yet new with tags vest by DJ & Co (Dawn Joy). The color is black that is edged with a black and white cheetah print. The vest buttons up the back of this garment as seen in the photo. The size is 18 with a chest measurement of 21 inches. The length is 21 inches from the top of the shoulder. The waist measures 21 inches as well. Vintage sizing, runs small. Please check measurements. (B12)
