Vintage Deadstock 1980s 100% Silk SPHERE Shift Dress NWT Hong Kong Rare Size 18

Rare plus size 18 vintage 1980's shift dress by SPHERE made in Hong Kong from 100% silk. New with Tags which describe the neon pink color as 'Bright Rose'. Dress has a high neck with built-in tie, buttons down the front, long sleeves with button cuffs, and shoulder pads. There are string belt loops but no belt - I've added two different ones in the pictures just for examples (belt not included). Dress gently flares from the bust to the hem. In excellent unworn condition with some storage wrinkles and impressions from folding. Rare plus size 18; estimate modern size XL but because of the belt would also look good on a SMALL person (like the size of the mannequin), or MEDIUM or LARGE.
