Vintage Deadstock 1980s-90s Icy Blue Whimsigoth Fairy Lacy Skirt

Late 80s-early 90s deadstock skirt from a long gone high-end Los Angeles boutique that seems to have specialized in fanciness. Italian-made viscose skirt constructed in two layers. The outer has embroidered mesh lace panels, one of which has metallic thread. The under layer is simple pale blue viscose. Elastic waist, and back opening with three buttons. When it's lying flat it measures 13" across the waist, and will stretch to 15". It's 19" across the hips, and 31" long. In new, unworn condition. Has a construction quirk in the form of some pale golden tan thread that's used in the waistband area and part of a side seam. Care is hand wash and dry flat.
