Vintage 90s Y2K Deb tiered empire waist party dress. Black knit with blue satin attached sash and trim. Adjustable straps with heart rhinestone accents. Rhinestone pin detail on the front. Polyester spandex blend - very stretchy. Labeled 1X- this is vintage juniors sizing and runs small compared to current standards. Please see measurements. Measures more like a juniors Large or XL. Pit to pit: 18 Under bust laying flat: 15.5 Length: 35 Overall very good pre-owned condition with no major signs of wear. There is a small pull/snag on the side of the bust- see photo.
