Vintage Decisions Watercolor Floral Dress Draped Off the Shoulder Pockets Size 8

Vintage white dress with floral pattern by Decisions. This dress has a multicolored watercolor flower pattern with confetti-like spots. It is sleeveless with an off-the-shoulder neckline that has a draped shawl. The front of the short shawl is sewn and pleated. The back of the shawl is pointed with a center v-slit. It has string belt loops but is missing the belt. The dress is a midi fit and flare with a back zipper closure. It has pockets on the hips! It is pre-owned, with light fading and sporadic pills. There is light discoloring in the armpits and possibly light discoloring on the center front where the belt would hit. Size 8. It is made of 100% cotton. Hand wash cold, line dry, cool iron or dry clean. Measurements: 38" long, front center neckline to front bottom 17" wide, armpit seam to armpit seam 14" wide, side seam to side seam at waistline seam 27" wide, 8" below waistline
