Vintage Delia's Scoop Neck Ruched Shoulder 3/4 Sleeve Top

cute vintage Delia's top from the early 2000s. 3/4 sleeve length, scoop neck, ruched shoulders. the fabric is super soft and it's a little thicker, almost like fleece. it is blue with a white polka dot pattern. it has a little light pilling if you look super up close due to the fabric type but it is not noticeable.
