Vintage Delicate Cropped Blouse Ivory Navy XS Rhoda Lee

Lovely vintage Rhoda Lee blouse, probably 1950s. Ivory with small navy print and navy plastic buttons down the front. I'm not sure about the fabric - looks like silk or rayon, very slightly sheer. Peter pan collar and gathering/darts giving it a nice shape. 3/4 subtle balloon sleeves. A few imperfections - see photos. Very wearable, delicate and beautiful. Seams are strong. Best fits an XS but see measurements below.
