Never used from 1990s. I purchased in Canada. 100% Cotton. Tag is still on left sleeve. Even has shoulder pads! Waist is Elastic. Pockets on skirt area and two button chest pocket. comes with Western Belt. Ladies Size 10. Measures approx. 21" armpit to armpit, 13" across waist (a little stretch), 53" long down the back.
