Vintage Denim Vest with Velvet Collar

Vintage HGNY denim vest. Great medium/Iight wash with fabulous black velvet collar. Could be worn without a shirt underneath but love it as a layer over an oversized shirt! One small spot on the front (see photo) but not noticeable when wearing. Pit to pit: 20” Waist/hem: 19” Length: 23”
