Vintage 1960’s Sarmi New York Evening Peach Velveteen Cocktail Dress This is a one of a kind dress! You won’t find another alike. Peach velveteen cocktail dress with empire bodice and satin bow. This was sold in the high end store Bonwit Teller Ferdinando Sarmi was an Italian born American fashion designer. He designed for Elizabeth Arden until he opened up his own boutique. His pieces are hand made and one of a kind. Several of his pieces remain in museums. This is a very high end vintage dress! Please see pictures for wear and measurements. Please note, she has a few small stains. Needs to be professionally cleaned. Even if you wouldn’t wear this piece personally, she’s a great collectors item!
