One of a kind. L.A. Designer Luis Archer, who studied under Hubert de Givenchy, was known for his glamorous approach to evening wear. This was a sample dress right out of his closet. American Couture design at its best. Black velvet fitted body with boning makes a perfect counterpart to the lush emerald green taffeta skirt and shoulder. Fitted to a size six. Model is 5’9”.
