Vintage Designer WHITE HOUSE Red Silk Velvet Skirt

Designer Italian skirt by White House. Circa 1980's to1990's, light wear, small pinholes in back near hem (see photos) Dry cleaned, color looks like new. Has 2 layers, keeps the shape, not a flowy movable fabric, inside the silk layers is light padding for fullness. Side zipper works perfectly. SIZE: SMALL, has no size tags. WAIST: 24.5" HIPS: 32" around seam where velvet meets silk LENGTH: 21" I take detailed videos of all items at time of shipping to make sure of no mistakes.
