I believe this skirt to be from the 1970's but it is possible it was also made in the 80's. I have no information as to be certain. Vintage Devon IGLWU Union Made Size 10 Powder blue Polyester Midi Pencil skirt. Belt loops attached. Very good Vintage condition. No rips, holes, tears, or stains. As a pre-owned garment small minor imperfections/flaws may possibly be observed. Pleas see pictures and read description for full details on this piece. Waist: 28.5" with no pull on elastic waistband. 2-5" comfortable stretch in band. Length waist to hem: 28" Hem: 55" All measurements are taken with no pull on fabric.
