Vintage Diane B Burlap Tote beach and waves NWOT Blue burlap or jute fabric is painted with two beach chairs watching the waves. Handles feel like bamboo or wood. There's a slight crack in one of the handles - please see pictures. No tags inside, which is coated. The inside of the bag is clean.
