Lying flat the pant waist is 16 inches, the rise is 11 inches and the inseam is 32 The blazer laying flat from shoulder to shoulder is approximately 17 inches armpit to armpit is approximately 18 inches from the back of the neck to the bottom of the front hem is 31 inches and from shoulder to wrist is 25 inches I am not sure what the material is, but it feels like a wool material
