Sheer black background, dripping with silver and gunmetal sequins. (My red shirt is reflecting in the picture.) Bat-wing sleeves, elastic banded sleeves and waist. Union-made, true vintage piece. Total head-turner! Size unmarked; fits Small to smallish-Medium.
