Vintage Distressed Velvet V-neck Short Sleeve Tee

I think this shirt is awesome but doesn’t fit me, a random/rare find that I can’t seem to find any info on. Photos did a great job at capturing the material, an hombre purple definitely distressed, natural wear, several small holes, unfinished hems. The black inside collar tag is faded and there are no other tags. I’ve provided measurements.
