A vintage gem of a skirt - has a very worn tag with a possible Union Made stamp on it. Fits a size small. Elastic waist- 13” unstretched, can accommodate about 1” more stretched. Full tiered skirt. Delicate lace all around the hem 🤍🤍🤍 20” length.
